One Month Rent
You manage the property. We secure the right tenant.
Cooperating brokerages are paid from this fee when another agent brings the tenant.
These are not marketing lines—they are terms we are willing to sign and operate under.
If you are not pleased with our service, you may cancel the management agreement at any time without penalty with 30 days notice.
If a tenant placed by us breaks the lease in the first six months, we will re-lease the property at no additional leasing fee.
If we do not lease your home within 45 days, we will waive your first month’s management fee.
We only get paid when your property is rented. No tenant, no management fee. No vacancy fees.
We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage carrying Errors and Omissions insurance and Business Liability insurance. Vendors working on your property are required to be licensed and insured.

Every referral comes with a written agreement that guarantees you retain the right to re-rent or sell the property in the future.
You receive 50 percent of our monthly management fees for the first six months of management.Commissions are payable after six months of active management of the client’s property. There is no limit on how many referrals you can send or how much you can earn.
